I carried this beautiful handmade pottery vase home from Mallorca this summer and it has been on my kitchen island since. It’s fully glazed on the inside and water tight. The garden bounty has made a steady show on my counter this summer but I’m not sure anything looks prettier than the glorious Dahlia. These garden Dahlias and some trailing sweet Autumn Clematis add a pop of color to this otherwise neutral fall tablescape. I wanted them to steal the show, darling though those mini white pumpkins are and the perfect arrangement to share with you on this Fall Centerpiece Blog Hop.
I started with this beautiful vase and then added a handful of Dahlias at different stages of bloom and differing heights. The opening of this vase isn’t large which helps keep top heavy blooms from falling out. You can run pieces of tape across the top of your vase to get these heavy blooms to stay put better. Crisscross the stems for added support. Pretty pottery is my favorite souvenir.
Potterybarn Pumpkin plates come out of hibernation each year for the fall season. They’re a lovely addition to any fall table and although they’re slightly different each year they tend to be a staple in Potterybarn’s fall line up. Here’s some other options: H&M Pumpkin Plates.
We’ve thoroughly enjoyed these rechargeable table lights this summer. You can find them at all price points, a more wallet-friendly option here. I quick tap on the top and they add a lovely glow to a table. I added the scalloped shades.
