Father’s Day is two weeks away! I can barely believe that. We tend to do outings for Father’s Day per my hubby’s request but there’s always that sweet gift that I know he would love and I’m left scratching my head over. Here’s some ideas to help you if you’re still thinking about it. Most are very reasonable, under $30 with a couple splurges (hello there cute lawn games!).

FOR THE NEW DAD:

Here’s a sentimental idea momma’s out there: take your little one’s hand and trace it in the front cover of the book. Every year you can add a traced outline to the same book, watching their little hands grow. We did this for Cade and it’s so cute to watch his hands grow in my hubby’s very first Father’s Day book.

I think our big plans will be to hopefully (weather cooperating) go canoeing and then BBQ. Always a favorite with my hubby. I’m still scratching my head with my dad though. He loves to garden so maybe something along those lines. What do you like to do for those special dads in your life?
