These little BOO treats couldn’t be easier and you only need to pick up a few supplies. These white chocolate pretzel ghosts are the perfect addition to a Halloween party or a ‘just because’ for your little pumpkins. Delicious too–you’ll want to gobble them all up!
SUPPLIES
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Place pretzel sticks about 3″ apart on a parchment lined baking sheet.
Break white chocolate bar into about 1″ squares and lay square over pretzel.
Carefully put baking sheet in the oven so pretzels don’t roll. Check the status of the melted chocolate after only a few minutes. If you aren’t careful or leave it in the oven too long the chocolate will burn. All you want is for the squares of chocolate to be melty.
Once the chocolate is melted (our squares kept their shape), I dabbed the chocolate with the back of a spoon to shape the ghosts the way I wanted, more of a billowy shape.
Meanwhile melt a few chocolate chips. Using a tooth pick and add dabs of chocolate to your cooled ghosts to make spooky eyes.
